We do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We check incoming orders and payments at least 3 times a week. We will process paid orders at least twice a week. Orders for which payment has not yet been received have a longer delivery time. Orders that can go through the letterbox are delivered by post at least twice a week. And twice a week, the packages (that cannot go through the letterbox) are presented to PostNL, which takes care of further shipping.
As soon as the order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email. After this, you will generally receive the order at the specified delivery address within 24 hours. Your order can be delivered to the delivery address on all days except Sunday and Monday. If you are not at home, PostNL will first try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, PostNL will offer the package again the next working day or take the package to a PostNL location nearby.
If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email. You will of course receive an email when the ordered product is back in stock and we can ship it. If the order is not fully in stock, we will wait to ship until the entire order is complete. We will also contact you about this by email. You may cancel ordered items that turn out to be out of stock free of charge and you will receive a refund of the prepaid amount.
